Monte Durham is the Fashion Director on TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta.
A proud West Virginian, Monte’s interest in fashion was ignited by his stylish mother and honed through educations in fashion merchandising and hair styling.
During his career as a personal shopper, Monte learned that fashionable women needed help accessorizing and styling their hair. And Monte delivered. Seamlessly transitioning into the bridal industry, Monte provided the same service to brides – building the look beyond the dress – and much, much more.
In his years as a bridal image consultant, Monte was recognized by Elegant Bride, The Washingtonian, The Washington Post, The New York Times, Martha Stewart Living, Town & Country, InStyle and Brides Magazine. He is a frequent guest on CNN, offering style commentary, and he has also appeared on FOX as a bridal and beauty expert. A history buff (his favorite era is Jackie Kennedy's Washington ), Monte reported for TLC live from London during the royal wedding of Spring 2011.
Monte shares the screen on Say Yes to the Dress: Atlanta with his best friend, Lori Allen, owner of Bridals by Lori.

A special place in his heart and agenda is reserved for Monte’s Welsh terrier, Nellie Belle. Monte is a member of a terrier rescue group and also volunteers for hospice. He enjoys long-distance running and home restoration.
